1.) First, review what we look for in a “Right Fit” FixedFunds 1031® participant.

The FixedFunds 1031 Program® is a collaboration between PIR and our DST investors. We don’t work with every accredited investor who shows interest in the FixedFunds 1031 Program® – we’re looking for folks who share certain mindsets that we feel are critical to the success of this kind of collaboration.

Please review the list of mindsets below and see if they match the way you see the world. We don’t expect you to be an exact match to every part of this list, but we do use this list as a guide to help us choose the accredited investors we invite to enroll in the FixedFunds 1031 Program®.

    You have a pending or planned 1031 exchange and are an accredited investor as defined by the SEC, with at least $250,000 in exchange proceeds to invest.

4.) Fourth, join us for a Zoom® call where we’ll answer all your questions.

As soon as you submit your Expression of Interest Form, we’ll contact you to schedule a half-hour discussion via Zoom® with Steve Kreitzberg, President of PIR. At the end of this meeting, if both you and PIR are ready to work together, we’ll email you the current DST offering materials. We look forward to working with you!
